Butt Road pay & display car park is location 200yards from Wellingston house. From the car park walk down Butt Road and Wellington House is on the right handside. Buses are located on Headgate road - From here you walk towards the underpass and walk pass Essex Police head quarters, continue on Butt Road for 300yards and Wellington House is located on the left hand side. Once in Wellington House the test centre is located on the 4th floor. ***NO PARKING ON SITE, FROM 11TH APRIL 2018 ALL UNAUTHORISED PARKED CARS WILL BE FINED AS A NEW AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE SYSTEM BECOMES ACTIVE***
